英語でのクラスにはなりますが、英語が話せなくても問題ございません。

 

短期クラスでは型にはまらないパルクールスタイルで技に焦点を当てます。基本的に遊び心のあるアプローチとなっております。

トピック例：オフアクシストリック、スピン、360度回転、ニュースクールパルクール、フロー、基本技の習得（跳躍、宙返り、空中感覚）。

Description

Due to popular demand, we’re excited to announce the return of Mikesh’s short-term parkour classes!

The class will be conducted in English, but no English skills are required to participate.

In this short-term program, Mikesh focuses on a free and creative parkour style, emphasizing skill development through a playful and open approach.

Example topics include:

• Off-axis tricks

• Spins and 360s

• New school parkour

• Flow and movement combinations

• Fundamentals (jumps, flips, and aerial awareness)

Private lessons are also available.

You can join any single session.

All classes are on Tuesdays:
