Acro core
For one to exceed at any sport a strong core is needed. The acro core class places a large emphasis on moves based around core exercises such as handstands, planks and other poses before moving
onto more dynamic movements. These exercises form the basis of all acrobatic movements and are essential for developing correct shape and power.

Class details are as follows.

*time- every wednesday from 2200-2300

*cost- 1 class 2000
